Expanding the capacity to turn technology investment into everyday productivity
Technology delivers value only when people understand how to use it. A global enterprise was expanding its Technology Enablement Center (TEC), an internal resource dedicated to helping employees adopt tools that can make their work more productive and effective.
The Center provides practical, accessible support through walk-up assistance, one-to-one coaching, and classroom training. Its work has included Microsoft 365 and Power Platform tools, with a growing emphasis on helping employees use AI effectively through Microsoft Copilot.
The challenge
As part of the TEC’s expansion, the client opened several specialized positions focused on AI enablement, Power BI enablement, and PowerApps enablement.
The roles required more than technical expertise. Each specialist needed to be highly knowledgeable in the relevant technology while also being exceptionally service-oriented: comfortable meeting employees at different skill levels, understanding their needs, and making sophisticated tools approachable and useful.
